COOL-SPACE Glacier-18 Evaporative Cooler, 18-Inch, Gray

This thing should be called "Arctic Blast". I have a 6000sf house and this unit cools the entire 2nd level (3000sf) AND I leave the doors open - that keeps it from getting muggy from the humidity. It simply cools the air from outside and pumps it into your room. I have it sitting inside facing an open french door and screen and it sucks the air from outside and pushes it into the large living room. I'm at 7000ft elevation and when it's 90 outside and sunny, I can keep the inside 2nd level at 70 all day. It's noisy on the high fan setting but I only ever need it on very low fan setting. It's cold as HELL on that setting! very efficient and no electric bill $ shock. I think my bill was an extra $20 last summer.

It does not remotely work . My space is well under the square ft it was made for and unless I am standing directly in front of it. That explains the no return policy . !!! I would nor recommend it to any one else . I sure I would need one 3 times .bigger

We thought it would cool you more but its an oversize fan.

When I first got it, the fan would intermittently shut off and then restart in about 5 minutes. I called customer service and they gave me the option of sending the whole unit back or just sending me a new fan assembly. I did the fan myself because I felt sending the whole unit back would be more trouble. Everything went fine and it works like it should now. Of course I feel like they should have offered me an incentive for doing the repair myself.

Works great in Cabo Sam Lucas. I was getting tired of replacing my AC units as the salt in the air eats them up in about 3 years. Like everyone else has said it works great in dry climates. When the humidity is high it just acts like a fan, but when the humidity is low you can take the temperature down by about 10 degrees Celsius.

Horrible I want my money back! Does not work for nothing!
