One of the best ways I know to cut through thick scale from psoriasis and seborrhea of the scalp is to use P&S Liquid. Apply nightly to the scalp, cover with a shower cap and shampoo in the morning. Leaves your scalp feeling fresh and free of flaking. Also helps prescription products to penetrate better by allowing them to get closer to the scalp where they can work. May be used in conjunction with both prescription and OTC medicated shampoos.
