Good quality replacement cable for gen 2 iPad
After misplacing my original generation 2 iPad charging cable I purchased this after market cable because it requires the older style connector. No Lightning cable would fit! It works just like the original, good quality, same charging speed and excellent price. Prime members will save money 💰 with next day delivery. I highly recommend this cable for generation 2 iPad.

Charged old ipod shuffle no problem
Found my old ipad shuffle and now have it playing some awesome tunes in the car thanks to this charger. Hoped it would still work and this is perfect compatibility and great value for money. Don’t chuck your old devices - charge them up and reminisce!

Poor compatibility, Sort of works
Would only charge my iPad while it was off, when it was detected while it was powered on I kept getting error messages, saying the charger was not compatible, and wouldn't allow me to connect it to itunes on my PC, was cheap I suppose and did put a charge into it but wouldn't recommend if you need to connect your device to anything.

Giving new life to iPad 3
I'm trying to give a new life to my old iPad 3. This was the cheapest cable, and it works very fine, I'm using it with Splashtop XWired Display and Cubase iC Pro in my studio.

Poor quality, metal badly cut/ not smoothened edges, so it does not fit.
Poor quality, 30 pin plug end looks like it should fit, but does not because badly cut metal end, sharp edges that would have needed smoothing off to fit the iPad socket. No quality control in the manufacturing process it seems. On the slightest touch, this would/should have been noticed. Wanted this to replace a broken lead on the same day, so paid extra for fast delivery, doubly annoying. Now tried different company in hope of better quality. How can rubbish like this survive on the market? Maybe company should send out 10 in hope that one is good enough and might fit...

outer shielding of the 30-pin cable came loose when pulled hard, which made it seem poorly built, but other than that, as described and works fine
