This stereo was probably the easiest stereo to install, I’ve done a lot of stereos. No wiring needed just plug and play! The performance of it is amazing, no lag, performs super smooth, my steering wheel buttons didn’t used to work for the stereo I previously had and now after installing this one, they work again! Which is amazing. Hands down I would recommend this stereo for an upgrade! Looks super slick and clean and matches the factory plastics on the dash making it look factory! Thanks a lot for the quality upgrade!!

It’s trash. I’ve had it since May. Worked alright in the beginning but would cut out randomly. A few months in it somehow the wireless CarPlay stopped working. Started to use the wired option and now it takes 7-10 times to connect. I will using an m80 to blow this radio up when I get a new one that’s actually works.

Al momento de escribir esta reseña, la unidad lleva instalada solo unos días y hay que esperar por su desempeño prolongado. Dicho eso, debo destacar hasta ahora lo siguiente: Pros: -la entrega fue rápida en un buen empaque -viene incluido un manual de usuario en cinco idiomas -fácil instalación -accesorios y conectores apropiados y de calidad -CarPlay funciona bien y se conecta rápidamente -la cámara trasera tiene buena resolución, se ve bien en la pantalla, su huella es pequeña y su instalación es relativamente sencilla y es “plug and play” -prestaciones de ajuste de sonido múltiples y excelentes Cons: -la instalación es tan sencilla y fácil que el proveedor no incluye instrucciones específicas para montar el equipo -cuando se escoge escuchar la radio y se desea volver a utilizar Spotify hay que volver al teléfono celular para otorgar el mecanismo de salida de audio -a pesar de que el equipo obtenido es diseñado exclusivamente para Volkswagen, la pantalla inicial no muestra ese logo Solo tardé cerca de 20 minutos hacer la instalación, ciertamente con las herramientas y todo lo necesario organizado y cerca de mi. Recomiendo desconectar el contacto positivo de la batería antes de comenzar la labor. Se debe conectar nuevamente la batería y verificar la recepción de la antena antes de fijar la unidad con los tornillos para así tener la facilidad de cambiar la conexión a la más correcta si fuera necesario. El volumen es bueno al igual que la calidad de la pantalla. Google Maps funciona muy bien. En mi automóvil no hizo falta conectar el cable rojo de corriente para la cámara, se conectó directa e inmediatamente al poner la reversa. Se puede usar la cámara trasera sin poner la marcha trasera si se escoge esa opción en la pantalla. Para instalar la cámara trasera, se puede acomodar el cable con cuidado por dentro de las terminaciones plásticas interiores del automóvil. Para instalarla en el bumper trasero puede hacerse un pequeño orificio entre las luces de la tablilla y otro en el pequeño tapón de goma que se puede ver sacando la repuesta y que da hacia el bumper trasero. Utilizando otro cable flexible como guía, se puede con cuidado llevar el cable de la cámara desde el interior de la cajuela o baúl hasta la cámara sin tener que desmontar el bumper trasero. El cargador frontal por USB el lento pero funciona bien. Se puede usar los controles o botones del volante o guía sin problemas. En fin, hasta ahora estoy encantado con la unidad y la recomiendo por su bajo costo y calidad. Si se lee el manual de usuario no debe haber problemas en su manejo. Es mucho mejor que la unidad de fábrica y cumple y sobrepasa mis demandas de uso de cámara trasera, mapas y Spotify de manera excelente. Muy buen upgrade a mi automóvil. Hay que esperar por la durabilidad pero hasta ahora recomiendo este producto.

I was looking forward to upgrading my ten year old Jetta's original CD player to a CarPlay generation device, and this head unit seemed to fit the bill. So even after reading some mixed reviews, I decided to give it a try. I like the OEM looks and the easy to fit-plug-and-play features, but evidently Linux and iOS are not quite a good interface match. There is an annoying lagging every time you open an app, let alone the unresponsiveness of the volume and search knobs, which make me wonder whether I can really live with it for the next ten years... Thanks to Amazon's return policy I will keep searching for a better replacement option.

Was a perfect swap for my daughters 2013 VW GTI. DZ-1 wire harness was the easy wiring solution. (came with radio). Did not need to purchase a separate radio dash kit. Antenna plug in came with package. You should check and make sure the radio stations play prior to putting the dash back together. Factory has to options to plug into I went with the one closest to the wire. (See picture). CarPlay works great. Fast response time and constant connection. Now honestly, you're not going to get the power (sound quality) as the factory radio but I'm installing an amp to take care of that. Has EQ which can help with quality but not the same bass as original. Would highly recommend for an easy swap and for wireless CarPlay.

Pros: Fits perfectly. Plug and play. Nice sound quality. Good responsiveness. Buttons work well. Cons: Disconnects frequently. Massive parasitic electrical draw when unit is off - basically drains your battery every 2 days. Huge latency issues - bluetooth lags a LOT during music play. Radio sensor is weaker than factory units. Disables compass. App for connecting to airplay/android mirror does not work at all. Can't connect to Youtube or the app store as described and cannot update the system. Automatically connects to your phone when you are away from the vehicle disabling bluetooth for any other device you try to connect. Takes a LONG time to connect to bluetooth when you first start up. The USB charging ports charge at an extremely slow rate. The voices on the menu selection are in broken English and are very loud and obnoxious. Most of the features on the product page are not as described. I would NOT recommend this product. Go for the EONON models instead. Ultimately I would not recommend this cheap product for long term usage.

Very easy to install radio. Bluetooth works. Rear camera works. The only annoying thing is that it doesn't have GPS. I got GPS off my phone. So it wasn't a deal breaker for me. The sound quality is OK. Nothing to brag about. It works. All in all, I am satisfied with this radio. Time will tell if it will last.

This is so good I can’t say how much I love it and how good it is it change my car completely, is super easy to put on if you follow the instructions. 10/10 it is worth it

Ich habe das Autoradio vor Kurzem eingebaut und bin wirklich begeistert. Die Installation war unkompliziert, selbst für jemanden ohne viel Erfahrung. Die Bedienung ist intuitiv und benutzerfreundlich, besonders Apple CarPlay funktioniert reibungslos und macht die Nutzung von Navigation, Musik und Telefonie während der Fahrt sehr angenehm. Muy fácil montaje, trae canbus y adaptador de antena. funciona perfecto con iPhone por cable y por wifi, el manos libres de apple CarPlay solo va con el iPhone conectado por bluetooth. Pantalla brillante, se ve muy bien, algo de lag pero tolerable. Es una pantalla para usar con Apple CarPlay no trae apenas funciones extra, no es Android lleva un SO propio basado en Linux. Muy básica pero funciona a la perfección para lo que yo quería que es una pantalla para mi iPhone. Se apaga con el contacto y tarda muy poco en encender con el contacto, una vez sincronizado con el iPhone accede directamente al CarPlay por lo que la interfaz de la radio ni la ves. Micro muy bueno, ojo solo me ha funcionado con el iPhone conectado por bluetooth, otro iPhone por cable no me ha funcionado micro. Siri funciona a la perfección. El sonido está un poco subido de graves pero tiene ecualizador y balance, se puede ajustar bien. OJO! No trae navegador propio ni antena GPS, ni marketplace de aplicaciones. Es solo una pantalla para tu iPhone.

Très facile à installer sur ma Polo 6r de 2010. Tout fonctionne parfaitement, la connexion est parfaite et le son de bonne qualité, les basses sont incroyables. Je recommande totalement !
