Gets the job done
You get what you pay for and this cup does the job. It's not the sturdiest but works especially for how cheap it is

I got this for my 4 year old son and he loves it. We put sparkling water in it and it doesn't leak out of the top. It can go in the dishwasher and is sturdy.

Good but not for clumsy people
My son picked this water bottle and was excited to get it. It was good while it lasted. Survived the dishwasher. It did not survive being full of water and getting knocked off the kitchen counter. It broke at the seam. It didn't last a week.

Great for toddlers and adults
I have bought in various bottles like this at different stores. I really like them my son loves them and they have nice fun colors and I use them as well as an adult LOL I definitely recommend this for your kid it holds a good amount of fluid. Also easy to clean.
