It's too bad this product is so flimsy anf cheap because it's actually a really good design! I had low back pain while working from home. The solution was lumbar support. The product works very well! So, why the three stars? Because it's falling apart. Luckily, I know how to use a needle and thread. Every seam in this thing is coming undone. I would send it back, but it really does work well. I guess I'll just continue to patch it up and when it finally disintegrates, I'll look for a more expensive model of the same thing. It cost me about $17--maybe I didn't pay enough.

I will recommend this product for you desk chair it provides great support for your back and is very comfortable.

Purchased this on March 1 and I already need to purchase something else. I work from home therefore this is very important for me. I have recently also had a back injury and currently use a cushion on my office chair. I thought this would complete my set up but it didn't. I have had to adjust several times and tighten because it doesn't stay in place and not the beaded surface has separated from the base with threads hanging. Of course, I just missed the return window so now I am stuck. Take the time a research something more sturdy especially if you work from home.

My office chair at work is 12 years old and perfect for me. But due to COVID-19 restrictions, I can't be there and am trying to make due with my home office chair, which is comfortable, for an hour or two, but not well suited for all day support. Things were getting sore, really sore, by the end of each day. Limited shopping for a new chair revealed that most are still way too big for me, and more money than I want to spend for what I hope is a temporary situation (four months in). This mesh back support has an elastic strap that slides over the back of the chair and is adjustable up/down for wherever you need it. It's not too bulky and gives a little under the weight of my back when I lean into it. It doesn't make my back sweat. And I can work without getting sore. That's the best part.

First time I stretched the back strap the stitch came out on one side. Now, less than 2 months, the back dimples are separating. Either bad thread or a bad design or bad workmanship.

I have short legs and slouch while sitting because I do not reach the back of chairs and have no support in my lumber area. I padded the inside of the curve, put a towel over it and added it to the back of my sofa chair. The massage area gives firmness and support that fits the lumber area perfectly. It’s firm enough to put a heating pad on it to get direct heat. The mesh can be used to hold it in unique places with a bungee cord. Less pain and fidgeting. Luv it. Bought another for my vehicle.
