Q: Concealer, or eye cream?

it is more of an eye cream then a concealer. It ha s a nice Applicator that cools the skin around the eyes. It is very light. It is very nice to wear.

Q: Is this a regular eye cream? or a makeup product to cover dark circles?

This cream is a little of both. Primarily a concealer though. It is velvety soft & easy to apply, it doesn't settle into creases so it's ideal for any age. I personally love this cream. I was given a sample while I was in the U.K & the writing was in French, so I too thought it was an eye cream & I applied it before bedtime. I no longer do that, but it has become an important part of my makeup regime. I also apply it to my top lids to create a smooth "no drag" pencil application. I know it's expensive but it lasts a long time, as only a small amount is needed.
