M-AUDIO BX4BT Pair 4.5" Studio Monitors and PC Speakers with Bluetooth for Recording and Multimedia with Music Production Software

These 4.5s pump hard with no distortion unlike my Sonys. The bt connects perfectly, but don't hold down the button or nothing happens, just press it once and it turns blue and blinks. Bass and mids are great, ran my smartphone tunes with heavy bass flawless. Gonna hook these up to my new home studio im building. Can't wait for the 2nd phase. These rock as house speakers but haven't yet tried em as studio reference monitors yet.(some pros call them this as they rather use the Yamahas or something else boojie for final engineering). Comes with lotsa cables for various hookups. Wish it had a remote but has software bundled.

I use these to play guitar. Sometimes I use plugins and sometimes I use my boss katana head. They sound really good and I don't even have them set up "optimally". I don't have them level with my ear because of the desk I have. Either way I like them a lot and they function how I want them too. The cord length was decent, they look nice, were very easy to set up, and the Bluetooth works well.

These M-Audio BX3 BT's are high quality, powerful, and clear sounding speakers. They have all the connections you'll ever need, and having high & low shelving EQ's (@ 8k and 150 hz respectively) are a great inclusion at this price point. Tips: if you have something connected to the front Aux port, Bluetooth will not sound. This is understandable, and you simply need to disconnect the Aux plug for Bluetooth to work. Also remember that the more you Boost the Bass or Treble controls, (if you're Mixing on them) the more your mix will be Bass shy, and/or dull sounding on the High frequencies. All in all, these speakers are surprisingly loud and reproduce more bass than their small size would indicate. Highly Recommended, and Rock On, Brothers & Sisters!

Sound is awesome, but don’t like that you can’t play both speakers at the same time. Great on space and quality. Easily compatible. looks great, and worth the value.

The older model was sent inside the newer model's box. I received the AV-40's wrapped up in the BX4BT Box. They were sold as new. I guess this is what I get for saying how much I missed my AV-40's for the last four years. Those puppies were amazing for a solid 10 years. At any rate. Great speakers, but definitely not the same as the BX4BT and definitely not as expensive nowadays. Also, on further inspection, these are a bit dusty and scratched in places, so definitely well loved, as they should have been. I'm able to return them, but I'm hesitant to reorder. It seems that even if you order as New, there's no guarantee that the product hasn't been used, or in this case, swapped. I'm sure if you get the right thing, they will be awesome.

Some don’t care for the deep bottom-end on these, which IS adjustable with separate bass and treble knobs, but they are GREAT for plugging into my guitar interface which is their main duty! They also have multiple ways for connectivity!

Amazing sound

Love these M-Audio speakers! They sound great for music and gaming, but the bass can get a bit muddy at first. Luckily, the high and low EQ knobs on the back are super handy for dialing it back – problem solved!

Great sound and quality build. Just wish they had provision for speaker brackets via a screw or a hole. Otherwise very happy.
