My 5 lb yorkie poo loves this carrier! I had the carrier open in the house a few weeks before travel to help my pooch get used to it and she actually chose to relax in it. This made travel day go very smooth!

Although it states it can fit two 10 pound dogs and up to 22 pounds it's too small for two dogs of 9 pounds each .

Great product. I bought this for my chubby kitty because I had a very hard time carrying him in the traditional carriers. This was perfect. Easy to use, get him into and to get him in the cat and put the seatbelt on it. It’s also a back pack, but I would use that for one of my lighter kitties,

This was a decent bag but I returned it because it was too small for my needs. My 14 pound Pom mix was too tall to comfortably fit in it. I would recommend it for a 10-pound dog to fit comfortably, as my Yorkie fit with no problem. I needed both to fit and it didn’t work out. Returning was easy though, and I’d shop with this seller again.

Way too small for 20 pound pug! Couldn’t even get him in it :(

I can't extend the handle. The photo here shows 2 metal sleeves for the telescoping handle. One side is missing that sleeve. that may be why I can't extend the handle more than 9" and that's hard on the back. Sending this back.

This carrier was insanely perfect for our loooong flight. Fit well under he seat. Loved the backpack as well.

The carrier is all that I expected. My 1yr old Maine Coon fits. It is hard to find a carrier on wheels with a large enough weight limit. My complaint is this did not come with any instructions. The bottom brace was obvious however there is a metal loop that we have no idea where it goes.

I got this bag so that I didn't have to add unnecessary weight onto my shoulder, like conventional pet carriers. In that sense, it was a good concept, but there were a few things wrong with the design. When you put your pet under the airplane seat in front of you, your pet is flipped onto their side which adds stress to an already stressed pet. Also, it doesn't fit properly under the seat so what's the point in getting the bag in the first place?
