Heats up fast which is a good thing
This is the first soldering station I’ve owned and am very impressed with it. The iron is so small and I thought there is no was this is going to do as well as my large iron. I was wrong. It worked great. No waiting for it to heat up. It’s even got a load meter so when you touch the hot end to what you are soldering the load meter will be high and will drop as it heats it up. That’s how I know it’s ready to apply solder, when tge number reaches 10 percent or so from 100. Works great for what I needed it for, leds and circuit boards and comes witg 3 differebt style tips for pin point heating or flat tip for larger area. Would buy again.

Very precise soldering station
I am a broadcast radio engineer that does a lot of soldering. For years I've been a Weller user, which is a solid product. When I was shopping for thin tips, the SUGON showed up in my list of suggestions. I decided to take a chance. I've been using in on a current studio build project. I am nothing but impressed with the SUGON, thinking, "Where have you've been all my life." If you prefer precision soldering, such as XLR connectors on sub-d, this puppy is for you

Amazing value.
I've been looking at soldering stations to replace my aging Weller for quite some time. Based on cost and positive reviews I picked up a Sugon A9, and I couldn't be happier. My first job was to rebuild my truck's instrument cluster and it was perfect for that. I've tackled several jobs since and it's worked perfectly for each. I picked up a 210 handle originally, which was great for what I needed but I'll be getting a 245 handle/tips in the near future.

Quality, price
As good or better than those at twice the price!

Recommended!
I was shopping for a cheap but not too cheap of a solution for a soldering station and didn't want to spend $500+. Luckly, the Mobile Repair discord server recommended me this company and model. It does the job pretty well as far as I can see when using it. I just wish it came with additional sponges but I can just buy some from a store and cut them into squares.

Soldering iron for micro work
A professional device I just started working with and testing it. With the many options of soldering iron heads in different sizes, it looks good and professional.

Good product
I love this soldering iron. Ive used the JBC soldering iron before and this is a clone of it. Ill say that this is basically as good as that. Build quality is very good and temperature control seems accurate. Ill be purchasing official JBC tips in the future, though the ones it comes with work fine.

Unit arrived defective
My first unit came defective. Everything was sealed properly, but something was rattling around inside the enclosure. Plugged it in a surge protector for a quick test to see if I even wanted a replacement, and it immediately gave me an "S-E" error. Did my best to follow the instructions including ensuring the tip was firmly in the device, swapping out different tips, and I did a meter test to ensure the tips were okay. Disappointing. I'm initiating a replacement, and I'll update my review accordingly. Build quality and packaging were nice, the manual isn't clear English, but it's enough to understand, and it should be read before you particularly with the finer 210 tips (which are more sensitive to higher temperatures and moisture corrosion). Update: New unit arrived without any problems. Just started using it, but it heats up very fast, and so far it's a great upgrade over my ts100, older Wellers, and velleman ceramic tip. Sleep when docked feature seems to work well, as does the temperature programming for each channel, the temperature settings, and the basic ui other features (sound on and off, Celsius versus Fahrenheit). I got the 210 with a 245 replacement handle. The fine 210 tips can be fragile, but so far they work quite well. I'll be testing other brand tips including JBC, as my understanding is those work better and last longer. I'll update my review accordingly, but if this holds up, it's well worth the money.
