My only regret is not buying this thing 20 years ago.
So far I have zero dislikes. I use this for many things a day.

Leatherman is a great company
I had the previous model for about seven years and I broke a blade. I sent it in for a warranty repair and they replaced it with a newer model. That’s a great company.

Broken Pliers after first use!!
My wife bought me this multi tool as a gift this summer and I took it out to use on a military training event and it broke first time using it! I used the Pliers for the first time and they snapped right in half opening a simple wire clasp. Totally a bummer. When I called Leatherman they told me they wouldn’t replace the tool but only have me submit it for repair, which would take an additional 2 weeks with shipping!! Even after taking that route they still did not send me my shipping slip for repair and have dropped the ball on customer service. If you spend this $ on something you expect quality and reliability not to mention timely customer support if something does happen to go wrong.

I have not used it
I have not used it yet as I was waiting to get the AINSWORTH PREMIUM LEATHER SHEATH that I order. I do not like the nylon sheath. I do,like that the saw blade and file are both attached to the tool, unlike with the Wave. Have the whichever, file or saw, is not being use could easily be lost. And if you lost the plastic sleeve for the stored attach about review stating I have not used itment, it would be difficult to store the saw blade.
