I needed some self-care gifts. I’m going through a really difficult time in my life and sometimes I get so overwhelmed and do not know what to do. This is perfect for when I am feeling sad, defeated, overwhelmed, disappointed etc. I opened some again tonight and I really felt like the messages were positive things that I needed to hear. Great gift when someone needs a boost
I got this for my daughter when she was having a hard time with college and work. She really enjoyed opening the positive messages when she needed a boost and it is in such a cute packing.

Very cute idea but super small
I got these as a birthday present for my best friend so I don’t know about the affirmations; but the packaging is very cute. The one downside was that these are in something that’s about the size of a jumbo bottle of vitamins so the affirmations in the capsules must be pretty small, I don’t know if they would work for people who have a hard time seeing.
