This is my china pattern and these are a stunning addition to my table. They have good weight and though larger than I’d anticipated, I LOVE them. I went back and bought another a few days later!

This utensil set is a great value for the price! It comes with 4 of each item depicted, which is perfect for me and my girlfriend. If you have a bigger family, you may want to consider buying 2 sets. That could get a little pricey, but imo it’s worth it!We previously had cheap silverware sets from Target. They did the trick, but after a few years of use, they were all bent up and in bad shape because they weren’t quality material. I knew that would happen, I just wanted something cheap at the time. This is not the case with these. Though i’ve only had them for a short period of time, I could instantly tell a difference in quality. These are thicker and overall, just made with more durable metal. It would be difficult to bend, you’d have to really be trying.The design is cool too. They look pretty fancy, which I like because a good quality set shouldn’t be lacking on the design.I have one negative thing to say: The dinner forks and spoons are pretty big. They’re noticeably bigger than most sets. I don’t see this as a problem because I’m bigger and have. if hands as well. However, if you’re buying this set for little ones to use, this is something you should keep in mind. The salad forks and spoons are actually about the size of your typical dinner forks and spoons. For my situation, this isn’t an issue. I mostly use the salad utensils and if I run through all those I don’t have a problem using the bigger ones.Overall, I definitely recommend the set! They look great and feel great! The quality is top notch, and I think the price is great for what it is!

yOu definitely have to like the look of these to pick them up, I personally, am a fan.I love the detail, how well weighted they are while held in hand, and how easy they clean.i've only handwashed these and will continue to do so.A wonderful gift idea for someone who needs new flatware

The Portmeirion Botanic Garden flatware set is a high quality, elegant set. The flatware has a bit of weight to them yet they are comfortable to hold. They have a simple, neutral design that looks nice. No one is going to mistake these for a cheap set.The pieces are a little on the larger side so that may take some getting used to. They are dishwasher safe so that's a bonus. It's like silverware that isn't real silver. I'm not sure I'd pay full price for the set, but it's a great set otherwise.
