The media could not be loaded. I was skeptical at first in purchasing the product, but I’m glad I bought it, it was so easy to setup, my husband was shocked how fast set it up and also easy to use, very sturdy, and all the parts listed were complete and delivery was fast. Will recommend this product to anyone looking to start a photobooth business.

Received the 360 booth quickly. Just be aware that this is very heavy to handle for one person. The flight case is a great addition to be able to move the booth but it also adds weight to the package. When my Photo Booth arrived I followed the instructions and was able to put it together easily. All the parts were packed in nicely with an inventory list. Everything worked well and had no issues. Was very happy with my purchase. The customer service has been great and very communicative. I look forward to purchasing another booth in the future!

The media could not be loaded. I love my 360 booth I would recommend. The customer service people were on point I actually received my 360 booth a couple of days early. I had a minor issue with the carry bag for the 360 where it was torn but customer service send out a new bag free of charge with a refund of $100. My only issue is with the software that it comes with. I wish I had a better way to stream the videos on a TV or monitor for Guess to see the video gallery. Also, keep note that it took an additional 10 days separate from receiving my 360 booth to receive my logo for the 360 but the quality was great.

Flight case arrived damaged, logo took a month to come and I have to hand cut it to size. Now after my second event paint is chipping on the 360 booth and the cord on the LED lights broke :(

I absolutely love my 360 machine. The set up was so easy and the app was also easy to install with no problems at all. This is a great company. OMG, the customer service is AMAZING!!! Every question that emailed, Jerry emailed me back the SAME day. Thank you Jerry for being so AWESOME.

I've purchased the 68" and now the 80" versions and they are both awesome. Easy to use and has all the features we need. We've been using these for about 3 months now and they work great! Recommended.

I purchased this Photo Booth to start a business, this Photo Booth has done a phenomenal job thus far for my business which launched December! I’ve done holiday parties, birthday parties, and community events thus far. All of which have been a complete success! This booth holds up to four adults and has been such a hit! If you’re on the fence, go for it! Also this vendor has been so responsive and helpful with all of my needs!

This 360 booth is absolutely amazing! The customer service is the best! Quick responses!!! The best bonus was they provided me with my logo to place on my booth!!! This was super simple to put together an quick an easy to get up an running! I will definitely be buying my next booth from them!!!
