I must have for lupus patients
The book covers recipes for whatever type of flareup you’re in to help alleviate side effects. Some of the symptoms and things you can do and consume and alleviate, and or reduce side effects from the medication’s. The the recipes basically help you become healthier and avoid being consumed by the disease. It’s a lifestyle change and I think the book is great for beginners to change their diet completely and take control of their disease and not let the disease take control of them. I bought this for a family member and she loves it, I am excited to see her positive and hopeful again .

Wonderful guide!
This book arrived in great shape, and is very helpful. There are details for whether you want overall immune boosting, or inflammation healing, reduction for flare-ups, or kidney support. The main recipe will have certain ingredients and based on your targeted need, you tweak which spices will be for you. I recommend this. Purchased to assist a family member in the process of diagnosis, and decided to use it, myself, too! Delicious options.

Great for those with autoimmune conditions
This book is perfect. I love that the recipes are easy and each gives you a tip of how to make it easier through a flare or thing that can be added to benefit you in a flare. You can tell the author understands chronic illness. Through a severe flare, I can't even get out of bed much less cook. Some thing can be prepared and froze in advance for those tough times, but none of these recipes are complex. Love the way it is set up. If you make another book, please continue the same format. Don't change a thing. Genius.

Essential for a Better Diet with Lupus!!
This is an AMAZING cookbook for people living with Lupus!!!! First of all, I love how the recipes are divided into 3 categories (regular lupus diet, flare diet & lupus nephritis diet). Last year I had 2 flares back to back & I can't even explain how horrible I felt on a daily basis. Since changing my diet & making a lot of these recipes, I have started to feel better, like really better!! This book is definitely a keeper!!

This book is awesome for EVERYONE who is trying to start a healthier way of eating. I have lupus and this book is very detailed about foods/recipe that will increase symptom relief and give you a happier day overall. Highly recommend!
