Super product. Initially observed that sometimes laptop screen wasn't visible on the monitor when monitor is connected to laptop using this adapter and laptop is not charging. But after some time, issue solved by itself. From 2nd month onwards, no issue seen until 8 month (now)

Utilisé directement, il ne renvoie aucun signal HDMI vers un écran lorsqu’il est branché à un iPad Pro, contrairement à ce qui est écrit dans la description. Testé avec deux écrans. En cherchant sur internet j’ai toutefois trouvé la solution: il faut forcer la négociation usb3 au préalable en branchant un équipement usb3 avant le HDMI. Et ça fonctionne.

When I first used it, it was working great with no issues. However, 3 weeks in, it was not displaying my laptop screen on the monitor anymore. I tried changing the HDMI cable and that didn't work. It's useless now. Really don't recommend, the quality is very poor. *edit: The customer service contacted immediately and rectified the issue.
