Husband’s knees were hurting until he started talking these. Now no pain. My shoulder was also hurting because of a job (repetitive motion) even after I stopped that job I was in a lot of pain. Not any more. For me and my husband this is a great product Well worth the money

These pills are fairly large. I had no problem swallowing them but If you have problems with large pills you may want to consider gels.

In my senior years, knee joint stiffness and occasional pain has haunted me. In younger years, many-many miles of running for wrestling, football, baseball and track has created worn joints. After looking for solutions to the stiffness and pain, I read about glucosamine as a dietary supplement. I started taking Osteo Bi-Flex a couple years ago. I take the one/day dosage and after a week or so, I felt quite a bit of relief. I’ve been taking it ever since. The pills are large and not the easiest to swallow. They do have a smaller tablet size available, but the cost is higher.

Been using it for 5 years And I'm still using it.

Take it regularly but really prefer the smaller, one pill a day, even tho they cost more. Good value if you can handle the large pill.
