Great sprinkler
Have to have good water pressure. Works wonderful and has great spray distance if do.

Worked well the first time we used it, however now it won't rotate. I wonder if our water pressure is down now that we are in su
Works slick, however it does take up significant storage space.

Well built design
If you have great water pressure it will work good. I hooked it up to 1" bib feed and 3/4" hose but still had to put the smallest nozzle on it. I have 70 psi water pressure.

This is a high volume sprinkler - its needs an adequately pressurized high volume water supply.
This is a small / low-end commercial / agricultural impact sprinkler. Several poor reviews are likely from installations where the water supply does not meet the volume (7-14 GPM) AND pressure (60 PSI) specifications to operate this sprinkler successfully. Most urban homes will not have a garden faucet / hose setup that can supply this sprinkler adequately. The fittings are 1" NPT, for an average urban setting home this is over sized, a more appropriate sized unit would be a 1/2" NPT or at most a 3/4" NPT impact sprinkler head. Our installation is in a rural setting with an adequate water supply and the unit performs well. We expect to replace the sprinkler head (moving parts) every few years as none of them work forever. The one down side is that the base ring (at 25") needs to be wider to provide stability to counteract the force of the ejected water. The manufacturer supplies "3 spikes for added stability" but that's a completely impractical work-around for the fundamental problem of an inadequately sized base ring for stabilization, and they got lost in the mud within a week. If you are thinking of installing a riser to elevate the sprinkler head (as we have done - 5' riser) you will need cinder blocks to stabilize this unit as this compounds the issue. Having said that I'm happy with the purchase and the design is rock solid unlike the telescoping tripods which are flimsy rubbish, can't be left outside all season and bend and break while dragging heavy hoses around the area you are irrigating. The base has NO moving parts and that's the key to longevity.

3/4 vs 1 inch
Both models have a good support stand. The 1 inch stand is twice as tall as the 3/4 inch stand. Both stands are very sturdy. The 3/4 inch sprinkler head leaves a gap in coverage in the middle of the pattern. The 1 inch sprinkler head has a better pattern but the first third gets too much water. The middle third gets too little. The outer third gets it right. The 3/4 requires minimum water flow of 7 gallons per minute to operate. The 1 inch needs 8 gallons per minute minimum. The 1 inch is a much better option!

Arrived Malfunctioning
The media could not be loaded. I was SO excited to get this sprinkler! But straight out of the box, it had issues. It works PERFECTLY for a period of time...and then randomly it gets "stuck" and stops rotating. If I don't catch it right away, it floods the area which is miserable. I have done a ton of reading and had SEVERAL people look at it to see if it's user error on my part. Sad to say that I think I wasted my money 😞

Trust me, you dont have enough water pressure!
The description says : 22 PSI to 60 PSI max I have 72 PSI pressure... I bought a gauge to test it, I turned it up myself to 72 from 50. even at 72 this sprinkler head will not rotate. there simply isn't enough pressure to run this thing. don't waste your time or money, it has also taken these guys weeks and weeks, and I still have no refund from them. It looks like its well build, all metal nice looking solid sprinkler but good luck trying to get the damn thing to rotate.
