The media could not be loaded.  I benefited from this on the very first use, it loosened my very stiff neck, I was able to turn my head without any major discomfort.To use it you wear it like a scarf and place your arms the the loops at each end of the straps.It has small balls attached to to rotating discs which knead the back of your neck, you can by pulling down on your arms whilst you are using the massager increase the intensity of the massage.After about 1 minute the massager stops and changes rotating in the opposite direction.It has a heat setting which can be turned offIt has 3 massage settings.Fortunately it is very easy to use as the user instructions aren’t translated very well.My wife and myself have found this massager to be very helpful in releasing neck/shoulder tension.

It can also be operated in the car because it consists of car power socket. The material is very sturdy and easy to clean.

This massager is quite unique in its design as it has handles. The handles are quite clever because not only do you have somewhere to put your arms but resting your arms on the handles applies pressure to your shoulders for a better and more effective massage. There are settings for the direction the balls move, the heating for the balls, and the speed. This offers great flexibility in selecting what settings you like. There is a belt included so you can use it without the handles. The belt is good for massaging other body parts such as your feet or legs. Overall, great massager which is suitable for use all around the body.

The media could not be loaded.  I’ve tried several different types of shiatsu massagers now and I do think this design is one of my favourites. It has so much flexibility in where it can be placed that it works for pain in any area and you can decide what pressure you need (perfect if you’re like me and need intense pressure to work).This model offers three speeds, a heat option and the choice to change the direction whenever you need it.The massage balls inside are nice and chunky and large enough to really dig into the spots you need which is great.The arm supports are comfortable to use and strong enough to let you really push down on them and push the massager deep into your shoulders or back which is perfect. They are however a little on the short side and though work well for me (at 5ft4) my 6ft2 husband found the whole thing a little small and awkward to use.The belt it comes with to hold it in place hand free does work but doesn’t offer anywhere near as much pressure as you can get with your arms in it. It’s good if your sitting down on the sofa with it or maybe even the car but otherwise I doubt I’d use it.Overall I’m really happy with this massager and think it’s a great product. I’d definitely recommend it.

As stated on the box, this kneads rather than massages, and feels rather alarmingly violent at first - and you may prefer not to apply it to bare skin. I wanted it only for shoulders and neck, having discovered that when I resumed yoga after a two year gap whilst waiting for an operation, both areas had markedly stiffened up, and certain poses were very difficult - or even totally impossible - to sustain. After using this device for about a week. however, the improvement in flexibility is very marked, and my yoga sessions are now much more comfortable. The actual massage is like having fists ground into the flesh and rather uncomfortable, but there are no after-effects other than a very relaxed feeling. So many items like this do not perform as claimed, but this is proving very effective indeed.

I thought this massager would be a great idea for my neck and shoulders, and I was impressed by the big ball movement in the top which can really get into your neck well. However, at 6'2" it’s not very practical, the arm supports you put your hands through are right up the top of my chest so not very comfortable then there is the controls which are very high up on the left shoulder so you can’t see them when you have it on and this means you have to turn it on with it massaging away then put it over your shoulders.But the most annoying issue is the power cable, its only just long enough if I stand right by the plug so it restricts any movement.Overall, It’s a nice idea and the mechanics of it work well, it’s just the design of the other bits that let it down. Price at £33.99 is also a little high.
