LG is the best... REAL review here!!!
It's an LG enough said I read all the reviews and bought it anyway LG doesn't need to be explained anyone who who dogs this TV needs to go away lol...moving on TV set up very easy follow instuctions take your time set it up properly adjust screen properly that's all you have to do is take your time. The whole talk about screen conversions blow it out you're ACES lol it adapts fine to Amazon prime TV fire stick kodi hack everything I advise purchase this TV and yes purchase the warranty and don't use the TV for anything other than no touching it or using it as a frisbee for ever who has a problem with they're warranty I'm unsure just plug it in and watch it... keep ur monsters(kids) away from it teach them how to use the remote and u won't have a problem with the accidental damage unless u live in Wichita Kansas but I know anyone who lives there has tornado insurance and will be fine... hands down great purchase ps mount it on the wall its 2018 get a better place to live if u can't just saying

Buy this tv referbished. It’s like a brand new tv just without original box.
I bought this tv refurbished product for $309 dollars. Excellent picture. All you have to do is turn off energy saver to get the best picture. Even though this tv is referbished, it didn’t come with original box or instructions but the tv itself look brand new out of box. No scratches or damage that I can see, came with new controller and even had the clear tape around tv edge. Love this tv, recommend buying it referbished. Excellent sound. To test this TVs picture, just watch some YouTube videos in 4K. They look amazing like if your there in real life. Highly recommend. Don’t spend extra money when you can buy referbished that is basically new. The tv came so clean without no fingerprints or anything. The screen and everything was in brand new condition. I know because I inspected the whole tv very carefully when I got it.

Only connects to WiFi 50% of the time.
Every other device in my house connects perfectly. Any streaming video I try to watch buffers more than it plays. The tv is literally right next to my router. Now it will not stop restarting any app I use so I cannot watch anything on it. I can only use the tv for video games and that’s only if I don’t want to play online. I’ve had nothing but trouble with this tv since turning it on. Also got an lg sound bar to go with the tv. The one that was recommended to go with it. The sound bar blocks the tv remote sensor so I have to stand up just to use the remote! Basically the tv is completely useless.

No T-Con Board?
I bought this 2 years ago. The picture started getting odd (the colors were kind of "psychedelic") so I figured it was the t-con board (controls color). I took the back off of it and---WOW, no T-Con board. Very odd. It's an easy part to replace on an LCD TV. Do NOT buy a TV that does not use one. Wish I would have known.

Great tv but have intermittent prodblems
I have had my TV for about a month now (49UJ6300) and really enjoyed the picture quality and size of the screen. I am finally able to read the smaller print that is displayed. My previous tv was an LG 26in flat screen whose picture was great but not as crisp at this tv and the smaller print in the DVR guide was too small. I love the faclt that i can view Netflix and Amazon Prime videos.10/12/2018 updateThe TVs remote is too basic and make a drudgery out of adjusting setting. It is very disappointing voice remote isn’t available for this TV. Also it makes no sense to have this dumb remote for a smart TV!One problem That just started to occur today is that all of a sudden the sound shuts off. It took me a while to realize it wasn’t the TV station. I finally out of desperation hit the volme up button and saw the volume increase from 0 juntil the sound came back. I sent email to the seller and we’ll see what the responses are.Another problem that I’ve had is that one powering the TV on after being off for several hours, the screen would come on but the picture would be all broken up or pixelated. The problem clears itself after several seconds.Overall I’m pretty satisfied with the TV and wait to see what the next few weeks bring.Feb 2018 UPDATE — SCREEN FLICKER AND VOLUME PROBLEMS started to annoy me so I callled the vendor and they replaced the TV. New tv did not have those problem. But after a few months, the replacement tv had a problem where intermittently the #creen would go blank,, power off/on brought picture back, but after a time it took several power off/on to get the screen to come back. Now I’m face possibly a 2nd replacement. WHAT IS HAPPENING TO LG QUALITY CONTROL?

Great value, big improvement from 'value' HDTVs from only a few years ago.
Big improvement from the 720p 32in TV it replaces purchased just a few years ago. Picture is great, apps are OK - but doesn't have Spotify (yet). Easy-to-use remote; though a keyboard would be helpful at times. Connects to my wifi OK; am able to watch HD movies via wifi fine. Audio is reasonable for the built-in-speakers - audio setup has a selection to optimize sound depending on if wall-mounted or free-standing away from wall. Needed to purchase a separate optical-to-RCA audio convertor (inexpensive @ $10) to connect to my legacy hi-fi; too bad LG did include a couple of RCA connectors for legacy-audio for a few dollars more. Audio-out only available via optical or via HDMI. The over-the-air reception is great; and changing channels is extremely fast - a big improvement from a few years ago. Pleased with my purchase.
