Very professionally packaged. Great to have 2 in pack because I will probably lose one. Works great.Chose this one because it did not use anything other than salt inside it. No oils.I have a deviated septum so one nostril always swells shut, pretty much every day of my life.Allergy Pills would relieve some of that so I would take them everyday. I have not used pills since I received the inhaler.With this product I blow my nose to clear it, then use the product and the nasal passage stays open for at least half a day sometimes longer. Then I reuse the inhaler and clear it again.I would recommend this to anyone with nasal problems.One thing to mention is that every nostril is not the same shape, you may have to move the inhaler around at different angles to make sure air is going through the inhaler.For example, my blocked nostril closes completely when I insert the inhaler vertically. For air to run through the inhaler I need to insert it at a 45 degree angle pointing toward of the tip of my nose, for air to pass through the salt.

This is my 2nd order of these in a week. BOTH orders received with loose cap and all of the salt smell is GONE. I have ordered in the past and was happy with this product but 2 in a row are worthless.Don't order until you get notified that they have fixed the problem.Not happy!!!

I have copd & asthma and am in the middle of an exacerbation that is wearing me out.. .I dug this out of my cabinet for another try as I've had great success with larger salt pipes, shook it and did a few deep inhales in my mouth & all of a sudden the gunk started coming out as I coughed.. .gross? yes, but effective and my wheezing stopped enough so I could sleep. Beforehand I was considering if I needed to go to the ER as I felt maxed out on albuterol.. . I just ordered two more to keep one in my car & one at work. I plan to continue to use these bad boys regularly when I am well to get the full benefit from them. also, I have the essentials oils one and it is not as effective for me. inhale this sucker deep through your mouth and enjoy your breathing after you clear out. :D so much more convenient than the big, slippery pipes.

when the container is better than the product, there’s problem. this stuff is basically useless. back to Vicks after trying this & another product from this company. Vicks works. i’m sorry i tried two items at the same time from this seller as neither live up to the product description

It Takes Alot To Breath This In I Think If Particles Where Somewhat Smaller You Could Get More Benefit From It.

This is so much easier than the large inhaler I have. I love that I can take it with me and it fits in my pocket. I shake it before using, then it works faster and a more gentle inhale needed. I'll still use the larger one at home for longer sessions.

I’m not sure I get this product, perhaps I was expecting a little more stimulation, but there is just a mild scent and not much to it.

Purchased this for my sister because she has a sensitivity to fragrances and chemicals and it has truly helped her! I'm so thankful I found it...
