HARFO HL20 Keyless Keypad Door Lock with Fingerprint Scanner, Perfect for Office & Home (Satin Nickel)

It has some glitches, If i push the number pad and do not get it right it locks me out, then drains the batteries ! I have to manually unlock it and change the batteries. I check the voltage on the batteries and they are run down. I put new batteries in and it works as long as i only use the finger print pad. and the batteries last for months. Until I try the number pad and it will not open, and within 1 day the batteries are dead again. SO I try to remember to not touch the number pad. keep a key or 9 volt battery outside just in case you get locked out. update 2021 July, any finger now opens the lock, I took the lock apart it has corrosion all over the printed circuit board, I do electrical repairs, and cleaned it up and soldered the wires. worked for awhile and is now malfunctioning again.

Writing this additional review after a year. The biometrics is no longer working after a year of use. The number pads can't also be programmed._________________________This door lock is full metal and looks sturdy. Installing it is very simple and easy unlike the last biometric door lock I had. The manual is in English and is easy to understand. What I like most is the two user groups of finger print. One I used for the family and the other group for visitors that I can easily delete afterwards without the need to reprogram the family finger prints.After 13 months of use, Biometrics would no longer work but the number pad is still working.

I wish I could give this item no stars. Door handle will allow anyone's fingerprint to unlock it. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS ITEM, YOUR HOME WILL BE UNSAFE. Tech assistance is a complete waste of time as well.My family could have been hurt if not worse. This is ridiculous.

Does not work properly. The finger printer reader will allow virtually any finger print to open the door. Instructions are poorly translated.

Works great. My 7 year old can easily use the finger scan to unlock the door. Installation was easy. Have purchased other code locks but this one is the best so far. Highly recommended

I would give this a 5 star rating if the fingerprint reading worked consistently. The key pad needs to be used 75% of the time because it doesn't read your fingerprints all the time.
