Hey! A boot that actually fits! I'm a size 5.5, but sometimes I have to go down to a size 5. I ordered the 5.5, and I'm glad that I did. They fit great! Any smaller and the heel cup would be too small. Because of the full length laces, the fit is quite adjustable to accommodate for inserts. My favorite thing about these boots are the secret pockets!! Love that! The zippers come sewn shut, so you'll need a seam ripper to cut the threads crossing the top of the zippered pocket. The zippers are sticky at first, but loosen up with a few uses.Quality seems ok, but I haven't worn them much. Decent comfort for light walking and standing. NOT for hiking. Not enough support or cushion for hiking or lots of walking.Good traction. The belt buckles on the back are stylish but don't serve much function as they don't actually adjust any smaller. The pockets don't hold a lot. It's enough for some cash and a credit card, though be warned, holding hard plastic against your shin isn't that comfortable. I quickly opted to only keep soft items like band-aids and bills in my shoe pockets.My one complaint is that the package arrived in HORRIBLE condition. The bag was all torn open and the box had been stabbed through. This is more the carrier's fault, and doesn't make the shoe a bad product.

Just got these, and here's a few things I think some people should be aware of before purchasing; overall, the boots are pretty great! They're very sturdy and came well packaged, although the box that held that boots was very beat up. I haven't had a chance to break them in yet, but they fit very well. A few things I wanna point out are this; the first thing I noticed is that the box and the boots had the wrong sizes marked on them. I ordered a size 6½ but the box said they were size 7½. They are 6½, as they fit me just fine, but I'm saying this so others don't freak out lol. Another small thing, I noticed what appeared to be mud on the zipper for the boot pocket. As far as I can tell, the boots I got have never been used or worn, but there was a fair amount of mud on both boots where the side zipper was. Now my biggest issue is the boot pocket itself. First, I didn't realise there was a black piece of thread sewn across the zipper, blocking it from opening. It was tricky to cut and get it out of the way. Then the zipper itself is STIFF. My fingers hurt quite a bit from the amount of force I had to use just to get the zipper to move even a little, but after a few passes up and down, it loosened up.Overall, they seem good, just a few minor flaws that I wish I knew about before buying.

I bought these for motorcycle boots since I didn't care to spend top dollar for a motorcycle brand name. I've had them for almost two years and they're just starting to wear out enough to consider a new pair, but I have definitely put them through the wringer. Not just motorcycling, but rough hiking and any other activity where I would be on my feet for long hours. These are the most comfortable shoes I own.A negative: They are not waterproof. Like, at all. When I get caught riding in the rain or even just on wet roads, I can expect to come home and wring out my socks because they're absolutely saturated. This means they're also not windproof. In summer, this can be a great thing as it keeps your feet cooler. Not so nice in winter. Other than that, I highly recommend and plan on purchasing another pair soon to have them ready when my first pair finally kicks the bucket.

The boots are nice quality and look good. the comfort level is a 4 out of 10

I adore these boots. I just bought a second pair. Due to an injury on my foot I suffer from what often results in a painful blistering bunion right where my big toe meets my foot (old age is grand I tell you). I wear a ten and bought a ten and damn this boot is roomy enough right where I need it and does not irritate my old lady bunion in the least.... this in itself is a miracle They are super comfortable as I can wear them all day at work on my feet on tiled floors. I made the mistake of wearing them on a recent camping trip to Mount Washington in New Hampshire where the terrain is quite rocky and unpredictable, which resulted in the heel breaking down slightly. I digress, these "combat boots" are not actually made for combat or rocky terrain. I love them so much that after writing this review I am tempted to buy a third pair before the price goes up as things tend to do around here once someone rates them positively.

Then they would have been really weird as they were far to wide at an 8; heavy socks were out of the question, I kept them for 1 Day after trying them on and walking around the house in them feeling ripped off thinking I could have found something better than this for 5 bucks down at the flea market and still couldn't where them in any way so I would still be out 5 bucks. So back they went today and I will probably never buy another pair of shoes at Amazon as in the past you are talking 3 weeks before I get my money back even though I printed their label and actually they were in my possession less than 24 hours; I bet I will still have to wait till around the 1st of December before I get any refund. So yea, I am done with shoes with Amazon & any shoe vendors they are affiliated with - I don't like their shipping time which can take forever screwing your bank account up as there were other horror stories with this company and their shoe affiliates but this was just the last straw. You have to wait to long to receive them, to return them that process is too long and I have yet to be satisfied with an shoe I have gotten I ripped of with binding up my money and patients now as a final note with this all they were just ugly - the photographer didn't do a good job of catching this boot's image or any other shoe or boot I have tried to purchase through them. Done. Like a lot of other products through them.
