I saw this spice on a couple of hunting/cooking shows I saw on TV and just had to try it. Well, long story short, I absolutely love it !! I find myself using it on almost everything, just gives a wonderful taste to everything but the really nice thing is that's it's not overpowering at all. I especially like it when I smoke up some ribs racks. Great on chicken, fish, wild game meat.... anything at all. Try it..... you won't be sorry.

This is the best dry rub for your meat! It’ll spice it up just a tad and makes a great bark. Yummy

One of my favorite spices I use for all my grilling, my nephew got me hooked on it a few years back and I have been using it ever since. Great for all meats when grilling.

Great taste but would be a lot better if salt wasn't the main ingredient.

Great flavor and not overly salty

I use this as a marinade to get out the game on my lamb chops and it does the trick every time. It also adds a bit of a mesquite taste to it.
