I bought the bluish "mineral" version a while back (I wear between a 71/4 and 71/8, and the medium size fits me well).I was hopeful when I read reviews saying that the hat did not easily acquire sweat stains.False.Mine had sweat stains after my first wear in seriously hot weather. Trying to research how to remove them. Big disappointment on that front.

Great fit, comfortable. A bit too warm in warm weather, but that is expected. Sharp color. I've gotten compliments on the fit and style. Easy to carry folded, and maintains its shape.

This cap is comfortable and adjustable. I have hand washed and it comes out great. I get a lot of compliments and folks asking where I got it. Love it!

I have a lot of hats, sun protection is very important to me, but this is going to be my go to hat from now on. I love this style, the material is nice and soft yet, because of the brim, holds its form very well. I love that it folds so when you go indoors to a restaurant you can put the hat in your pocket instead of placing it on the table or a chair. I bought the blue one first and just had to get the red one as well. One of my better purchases, IMO.

I ordered this hoping that it would fit tightly. I pulled the cord as tight as I could and it was still a bit lose. I did take a chance by wearing this on a motorcycle ride. I held onto it most of the time, but I did lose my grip and off it blew!! My fault..For the short time I was able to wear it though, it was very lightweight and was comfortable to wear even in the heat. It did fold up easily and fit nicely in my crossbody small bag. I'd buy it again, if I wasn't still cringing from letting it blow off my head after only wearing for a few days... oops!!

I hate the typical head band adj on most caps. I guess they are good if you have a ponytail :)This has a nice look at the back of the hat , The hat folds up nicely and you can stow it easily! cool ventsand nice brim. I bought 4 of them.

I own seven of these hats in red, mineral, and blue camo. Why so many? I got the red one for hiking, etc. and started wearing it all the time. Loved the fit, the glasses holding slits, the folding bill, even the look on me compared to a baseball cap. However, the red fabric turned out to hold salt and oil, and I had to clean it frequently to prevent discoloration. So I bought a second to wear when the first was drying. After a few days wear I scrub it with castille soap and let it air dry.I liked them so much and saw the blue camo on sale, so I got three for work. Again, the glasses holder is great for always keeping safety glasses handy. The blue camo material is smoother and somehow soaks up less, both from my head and from stuff that lands on it. I’d take the hat into the shower every day at the end if shift and clean it, hang to dry, etc.Work tightened regs on clothing selection, so the blue camo had to go, but the boss said grey would work, so I ordered two more. So, I’m pretty much wearing these all the time.My only real complaint is that they don’t breath as well as perhaps advertised, but I live in the Pacific NW and don’t deal with high temps very much. On a (what we call) hot day if I’m going to be out in the sun, I’ll usually opt for a lighter hat.

I bought this as a replacement to my waterproof clamshell baseball hat. The fabric is water repellent- see water beads in photo. Hat seemed shallow and wide so I had to pull the adjustable cord tight but overall I’m happy with it. As a bonus, I got it on sale so it’s half the price of my favorite hat.
