I bought 4 of these - 1 for me and 3 as gifts. I charged the 1st one and then charged the others. The last one would not charge, and the red light stayed on for hours.I was perturbed and thought it was defective. But rather than just assume that and exchange it, I decided to try another charging cord that I have for other devices (USB A-c). I used a charging station that I have that will charge 5 devices at a time with the original cord and that didn't work. Then I used a power plug for Sony devices and put a different A-c cord in it.Guess what? The device charged completely and is working fine. When my fan battery is drained, I will try using the cord it came with again. If it doesn't work, then I will use my other option/solution.The fan is delightful. It is so hot here (FL) (as it seems to be everywhere) that my hair is always soaked. I put on my neck fan, and it dries quickly as well as cools me. The other thing I did, was put the fan on my head with the vents facing down and it cooled it off right away LOLOLOL.

My wife and I attend youth baseball games and, here in southeast Texas, it is HOT. My wife has tried several strategies and products to try and combat the heat. Some or ok and others are expensive. I predicted she would like this solution, and she has. We haven't really had it long enough to judge how it will last or how it will do for battery charge, but, so far so good. It comes in a lot of colors, but white was the one I guessed would suit her best. Right again. She loves this product. (You should be getting the correct impression that it NEVER gets around my neck.) Based on what I know now, I would buy this product again. For now, recommended.

Bought for my daughter. She works curbside at a fast food restaurant. When our temps were 110 outside she used it everyday. She only works 4 hrs a day and the fan would run out of battery before end of shift. Good for the money, just wished the fan lasted longer.

This is not quiet or small or lightweight, but it works and the battery life is fantastic. There are 3 speeds and the first one is so strong I'd love a lower setting. Never needed to use the medium and high settings and I live in Florida and wear it outside while gardening and inside when I have a hot flash.

Can’t say I’m impressed but they were ok this brutal summer. If you are outside and the air is hot, that’s the air it will be blowing close up and personal on you. The charge lasted pretty long. The motor is near your ear so you do notice it, kind of like white noise.I’m glad I tried them but not sure I will recommend. Will travel with them.

I have been very pleased with this neck fan. I live in the south where it is hot & humid. This fan works very well and helps to keep me cool. It is well made and sturdy, not cheap or flimsy. I usually have it on high so after a couple of hours of use, I have to recharge but doesn't take that long. I am happy and satisfied with this purchase.

I knew i was going to be outside in the +100°F heat over the weekend. Last time i took this trip, there was no breeze, not even the tiniest miniature lick. The heat would not have been so bad if there was at least some moving air! This trip had the same weather as the last one. No breeze and hot.Enter this beautiful device into the story. I kept it on the 2nd speed most of the time and it lasted the entire time I was working. I was in a tent that had open windows but still was not the same as being completely outside. This neck fan kept a breeze on me that allowed me to be able to work longer and at a quicker pace than I could have without it. Granted, being outside in the heat was still not pleasant but this neck fan made it very bearable.Anyone in the south knows to pace themselves if working in the heat and to take frequent breaks, resuming work once cooled down. This fan reduced the number of times i needed to take a break and decreased the amount of time i needed to cool down before i could start work again.I had my hair up most of the time but when i let my hair down, i did not have any issues. The part that goes over the neck has vents only on one side. I would take the fan off and turn it around, so it would blow up to my face some of the time and down my body some of the time.I have an extra battery bank that i took with me to charge the fan during the night when i did not need it so it was ready to use the next day.The fan itself is not loud but the air flow on the highest setting might interfere some with normal conversation. I would not know. I was working alone. The 2nd setting often made me think that a vehicle was pulling up as it mimicked the sound of a car engine off in the distance. I was listening to podcasts (without headphones) while working and the air flow on any setting did not interfere with hearing the podcasts playing on my phone.I am very glad i got this fan.

This is great for when I sit on the patio and it’s too hot. It’s also fantastic for after I get my hair and make up done and I’m ready to go out but I don’t want to perspire before I get to the car! I only gave it for stores because it’s a bit on the noisy side.

風量弱=15時間over(翌日も使いたい為中断)、 中=7.5時間ちょい、強=3.5時間は持ってます。首の太さやエラの張り具合で風の感じる具合は変わると思います。私の場合、30℃くらいなら風量弱〜中で充分ですが基本室内生活の方は屋外で使用する際、中〜強にしたいと思われます。動画はティッシュ2枚組を洗濯バサミでとめて撮影したものです。

7/20現在の関西にて通勤に使用中。まだ弱だけで過ごせています。ものすごく微風なのですが地下鉄とバス内では音も特に気にならず、車内のエアコンの風を巻き込んで、首周りを冷やしてくれて快適。重さも私は許容範囲です。弱使用で往復2時間使って電池は余裕。まだ炎天下での使用はないですが、中・強で使用して、どのくらいの首冷やしの効果があるのか期待。
