Floral Garden Embroidery Patterns

There are lots of pretty designs, the lines are fine but I prefer that to thicker lines. There are no full colour illustrations or photos and for the price of the book I wasn't expecting any. There are a LOT of designs with stitch suggestions, strands and colours are also suggested. I like not having a photo of what it's "supposed"to look like.

I really like the patterns and color and stitch recommendations in the back.

I love the book, especially all of the great pictures, I have copied a few of the pictures but haven't embedded them yet

People who find this book useful must have a light table set up. The drawings are mere wispy, thin pale lines that do not show through any but the very thinnest fabrics. A book intended to have traceable designs would be expected to be printed in bold contrast. These patterns are good for ideas, but not traceable without special equipment.

I love all the books by De-Ann Black, and this book was made to match some of her stories. Lovely images which you can use as they are for embroideries, or use in colours and stitches of your choice. A good buy.
