Came sealed with TOPPS plastic.
I've seen other reviews saying the box was already open from other sellers. Looking back I am sure mine was from another seller. This has the TOPPS plastic wrap, all packs were there, and while we sat one evening and watched Astros play we opened packs. Everyone had fun.
