Too small.
Wear 10 1/2 shoe/boot. Over 30 years have purchased 3 ((different brands) and all too small Had to add thick rubber strips to to sides to get boots/shoes to stretch. This included the metal stretchers.

Does not fit cowboy dress boots
I purchased the "small" (men's 5.5-8.5) for a Chisolm 7.5D dress boot. Could not get the wooden form into the boot because the rise on the wooden form was too high. The wooden form needs to be shorter and lower in order to fit into a dress boot.
