The media could not be loaded.  I started to plant some new plants in my garden. Hence, I bought this garden planter which is very easy to dig and use. It is provided with a long handle. It is a 5-in-1 tool which works as a weeder, garden tool, post-hole digger and bulb planter. It is easy for us to make multiple holes in no time and helps to complete the cultivation successfully. The long handle provides an excellent grip and doesn't need to bend at all. It is light in weight and also provides more stability. This digger is solid and is made of high quality.

The media could not be loaded.  I've used a product like this in the past but it was smaller than this one and I had to dig small holes for my bulbs. Two years ago I dug 40-50 holes and planted my seeds. It took all day...I didn't plant it deep enough and wasted my time and money as it was eaten by animals. Some even emerged from the ground when it rained because they were not planted deep enough.I wanted to do the same job again this year, but I needed a new garden tool. I am happy to buy this bulb excavator. Using this bulb scraper I was able to drill holes of the perfect size and depth for my bulbs. I was able to dig holes very easily with almost no effort.I planted bulbs all over my area, about 50 bulbs. It only took me half an hour to dig all the holes with this bulb digger and plant. I can't wait until they grow up. I love to have beautiful flower gardens and for me; I prefer to grow my flowers from seeds and bulbs.This bulb digger helps tremendously, quickly and easily for a beautiful flower bed. This digger is very solid, quality made. If you tighten the levers, you can enlarge the holes. There are markings on the sides that show how deep you made the holes. The dirt stays in the digger and goes up like a dirt plug, very nice.

I liked the look if it and it did seem to be quite sturdy.It is possible that it may work in very loose, finely tilled, soil in a recently dug border that you could simply make a hole with your own finger or with the end of a broom handle but for normal soil in UK gardens it is totally useless especially in areas with clay soil.It was easy to assemble but for a heavy clay soil area it is a nonstarter partly due to the single foot pedal.The one-sided foot press made it very hard, (impossible), to use in our heavy clay soil area. - I am over 6 foot and I am over 20 stone and even with my weight it only went in a few inches partly because of the one-sided foot pedal and the blunt edge at the bottom instead of a cutting edge that would have stood a chance.

This is for small plants. Really small. Do not go for it in case you are looking for a solution to dig deeper holes.
