Hole in balloon
The balloon had a small hole in it and would not stay inflated. I couldn't find the hole to patch it so I just had to take it down. I was at the event location so I did not have time to replace it. Very disappointing to my client.

Defective balloons
Micro hole in value area. Balloon ( J ) did not stay inflated.For balloon ( E ) the center did not inflate. Defective letter I’m guessing.Was very disappointed because it spelled out my son name for his birthday party.
