I was a bit worried when I read the review about how it leaves bruises after using this hoop. So I went conservative and bought the 1.2 kg version. The first time I used it, I used it for 5 minutes and yes, I did feel a bit of a pain (like when I’ve accidentally bumped into something) but nothing major. It does not leave any bruises either. However, I was not able to get back in it for few days as it feels painful when I tried to use it the next day eventhough I cannot see any bruises and it did not interfere with my day to day activities. I tried again after few days, and slowly let my body adjust with this hoop exercise. Now I can use it on daily basis, 10-15 mins at a time with no issues. Overall good product. I love the fact it can be taken off for easy storage & the fact it comes with a storage back is handy!

Didn’t think I would be able to Hula Hoop still, but the added weight helps with momentum and gives you a solid workout at the same time.The hoop is bigger than I expected, but I love it!

Cerceaux solides et pratiques. On clipe et déclipe très facilement l'ensemble pour le ranger. Mais cerceaux trop épais et un peu lourds.

Nach knapp 30 Jahren wieder der erste Hula Hoop, und der erste mit Gewicht überhaupt. Durch die Rezensionen gewarnt, habe ich mich für die 1,2 Kilo Variante entschieden. Das war gut so. Zwar bekomme ich keine blauen Flecken, aber der Bauch ist doch sehr empfindlich nach ein paar Minuten hoopen.Der Zusammenbau war einfach, man muss die Knöpfe eben fest reindrücken. Beim Auseinander bauen noch viel mehr. Allerdings ist es somit auch recht unwahrscheinlich, dass der Ring sich unvermittelt öffnet.Momentan benutze ich ihn aus Platzgründen mit einem Segment weniger. Funktioniert bestens und schließt immer noch gut.Die Polsterung ist wirklich angenehm. Auch ohne Noppen wird der Bauch schnell warm und gut durchblutet.Bin gespannt, wie es für den Rücken ist, war ein Tipp meiner Physiotherapeutin.
