Beautifully photographed book with authentic recipes that reminded me of my Mom's cooking growing up. If you love real southern Italian cooking that stays true to its roots, this book fits the bill. Some recipes are a lot of work and some are more easily put together. An all around great cookbook.

If you're an " At home Chef" and adventurous this is a great cookbook. Unique recipes from different regions of Italy.LOVE !!!

I am quite dissapointed with this book, there are a lot of random pictures from Italy or vegetables and fruits, and not so many recipes, even some of the recipe are so easy like a caprese salad.

Excellent read and full of helpful information
