My five year old daughter started kindergarten this year, and masking is now a thing of the past and viewed by some as something to mock. My daughter is immunocompromised and receiving infusions and at risk of getting sick easier due to her treatments for ongoing health issues. I was worried she’d be teased for still masking when others no longer are. Thankfully, she has only received a couple of comments. She has a sweet group of friends who tell her when they think she has pretty masks, and these are by far the winners for style and effectiveness.These masks make her feel and look adorable. More importantly, she’s avoided getting sick her entire time wearing these, which seems like a huge success when starting school for the first time as an immunocompromised child. She is the size of a typical five year old and the extra small size fit her well. We get a good fit with it between the size, straps, and metal adjustable nose bridge. It doesn’t touch her mouth or cause any sort of rash. She hasn’t complained of ear pain. She wears these for about six hours a day.Some general masking tips I’ve found when caring for an immunocompromised child that may help the masking experience in general-- gently wipe the child’s face with micellar water when they get home after they take the mask off.- use a good lip balm or chapstick at least once a day…I think something about masking can cause dry lips.- make sure it’s not so tight that it pulls on their little ears. We have had no problems with this brand. But if nothing is working they make little mask hook things to go behind the head to take pressure off the ears- involve your child in picking their mask if possible, they are more likely to wear ones that they feel confident in.- change masks daily, I understand this isn’t the most eco friendly solution, but if you have an immunocompromised child it’s necessary.

They worked perfectly for my 3 year old. They fit her best upside down though, otherwise the nose piece left a huge gap.

Most importantly, these masks fit adults who are smaller. I'm curvy and very short so finding anything to properly fit is a challenge. The elastics aren't too tight around the ears and they're fairly comfortable. I've worn them to stores and during interviews. My only two negatives are you feel like you're having a hot flash while wearing them - instantly hot. They might be better for winter, but they're hard to tolerate in 90°. Also, they're indivually wrapped so it's a waste of plastic. Up side to this, they're protected so you can travel with them or give them to someone who needs one. I would definitely again buy these masks.

Unfortunately did not fit our 9 yr old. Probably kindergarten age faces would be ok. Felt nice otherwise but cannot speak to durability.

I’m an adult woman who wears a size small in hat band sizes and these masks fit perfectly! I was worried they would be too small but they aren’t. Finally have a good seal !

Easy grab and go masks. My daughter has a small face for her age (9) and they fit perfect. She has never complained about them. Price was great also. I will definetly be repurchasing. Thank you
