For information's sake, I use knee sleeves for my MCL, and fluid build up in the knee caused by a car accident where the outside of my knee smashed into the dash hyper-extending the MCL on the inside of the knee. I've had 3 surgeries because the fluid in my knee doesn't get absorbed or drain pretty much at all, so we've tried lots of compression & exercise to help my body absorb the fluid. I also started ozone injections 2 years ago in my MCL, patellar tendon, under the patella, in my knee capsule, and meniscus. I did have arthritis and now I don't, I did have patella femoral syndrome and now I don't (I was going to need a lateral raise on the patella, too). The fight with my knee has best been served by ozone, and then the complimentary therapies I do, such as compression, movement, exercise, ice, massage. In case there is anyone reading this that is a chronic knee pain sufferer, I wanted to put the plug in for ozone. I get ozone now for fluid and an inflamed MCL.This is a very stable knee sleeve. Too stable, ultimately. It has not stretched, which is a good thing. But it is extremely tight, which is also a good thing, for most. I can now only wear it at night because it causes my knee, all the way down to my toes, to get extremely swollen. I didn't wear it all day before, but I was wearing it for my treadmill and daily exercise, which is about 80 minutes, and probably another 3-4 hours to help with the fluid pain. Even with it off now in the day, I am still having to take a break every 10 minutes on the treadmill to move my ankle around and break up all the swollen tissues. And my husband does a deep massage on my foot and leg while it's elevated to undo the swelling.At first, the sleeve fit just fine. But after a few weeks of having it, I have SO much fluid around my knee, inside my knee capsule, and everywhere gravity pulls fluid down, that the sleeve will not slide on without brute effort, even when I only wear it at night. I so wish the knee sleeve didn't cause swelling. This has been the only sleeve I've had so far where when I put it on at night, I have immediate relief. But also the only sleeve I've had where after 45-60 minutes, my knee throbs from the swelling and I have to take it off. So I'm going to be wearing it only when I go to bed, and take it off right when I wake up before I start walking around.I think it's important for people to know if you have an issue with fluid build up in your knee, this may not the sleeve for you. This sleeve will serve many very well if they need support for tendons, ligaments, muscles, etc, and they don't need to keep it on long-term.

A perfect blend of compression and comfort. Not too much compression. These are great during a long day of hiking or for use the next day to help tired joints.

The ease of putting this sleeve on is great.Two braces in package so I can wear on while washing the other sleeve. Measurements were easy to do for a secure fit. Unisex sleeves make it easy to clean one sleeve as I wear the other sleeve. The one thing I would like to know is how long I can leave the sleeve in my leg during the day?

They may be too tight for me because they squeeze my circulation at times.

been having knee issues and trying to find a solution. These knees braces work well, make sure you pay attention to the size chart and measure well. I used the chart and they fit perfectly. They are easy enough to get off and on and with 2 braces, I am able to rotate them while airing out the used one. So far, working great and allowing me to complete my exercises and not be in pain

I wear a full on knee brace due to a torn ACL, MCL and meniscus. I bought this knee brace sleeve to replace a sleeve that I use with that brace. The sleeve helps the brace fit more snug and stops slipping while playing hockey etc. The cost to replace the original sleeve was in the ballpark of $50 plus which was insanely expensive. This sleeve offers an exceptional value. It's super comfortable and fits like a glove. So while I can't speak directly as to how it works as a support brace (I think it's just as good as similar ones I've seen), I can speak to the quality, value and comfort....this is a no brainer. I'm 5'11", 170lbs, athletic build, and I took a large (normally I'm pretty much always a medium for clothes).

I was very impressed with this Knee Support. I recently sprained my knee and my GP advised I use knee support for compression. The first one I got from my chemist was uncomfortable, so I searched on Amazon and found this one. I used the measurements shown on Amazon to get the correct size, (XL) and was delighted with the product. It's very high quality, looks great, and feels very comfortable. It fits like a comfortable glove. Immediately I wore it, I felt it was giving me the compression I needed and was helping with my sprain. The instructions advise that you wear it for 3 hours at a time and take a break. I am finding my sprain is gradually healing (my GP told me it can take up to 6 weeks). And I'm finding it very helpful for going up and downstairs (was previously very painful), and I have started doing light exercise wearing it. I am gradually seeing an improvement with my sprain and the Copper Knee Support has really helped in the process. Thank you to the suppliers. This is an excellent product.
