Kind Minis, 18 Peanut Butter Dark Chocolate, 18 Caramel Almond & Sea Salt, 36 Bars

I love these Kind Mini bars. I will throw one in my purse on the way to the gym instead of the full size ones and they seem to curve my appetite so I don't need the full size ones. I don't gain weigh with them even tho the carb's are low. The full size bar I love but I will gain a pound sometimes. The love the taste and the light texture with the coating. Its not a heavy rich taste and very healthy. I hightly recommend them or this brand. Actually I recommend this and the full size ones. If you can just eat the mini ones its better for you with less carbs. Its the carbs and sodium that put on the weigh.
