I loved the customized neon sign. It came assembled other than of course securing it to wall or wherever you place it. The quality was great for the price of the sign. It did not seem too thin. It’s extremely bright and colorful. It was six good I ended up buying 3 additional songs for other gifts. I will always use this product and seller if I purchase additional signs. I highly recommend this one. I have had this product for 1 year now on 3 of the signs. They all three work just as they did on day one. Love this!! Buy it!!!

I have bought two signs and with both of them, the power cord died or burnt out, or something. But after spending nearly $400 on these signs, how can I get the lights back on? One of them was bought in 2023 and the other was bought a few months ago. They're beautiful signs, but they're useless if they don't light up. Please help resolve this problem. Also, I can't find anywhere where I can reach the company. Thank you

I love the quality, options and the ability to customize this sign. It is a great price for the quality. The only problem with this purchase was the shipping and the ability to track it. It took 2 weeks longer to get here than stated. If you are able to wait the long shopping time from China then this is an excellent option. We got the dimmable remote on and off. And it is great. The picture shows the sign at 10% power out of 100% power. I would purchase another from this seller.

This product is overpriced and completely unreliable. It stopped working in less than a month — suddenly shut off and never turned on again. There was no way to reach the seller, which makes the experience even worse. I do not recommend this product under any circumstances. It’s a total waste of money.

I absolutely love my light! It came in a timely fashion and just in time for my graduation party. It lit up so beautifully and was just what I asked for! It came with so many interchangeable ways to connect it, remotes and even a chain to hang it. It also has holes in which I put clear string through it to hang it to make it more hidden. Absolutely love and recommend!

Appearance 5 out of 5 Looks great on my son’s wall. Quality 5 out of 5 Lights are very bright. I was looking for sign for my son’s room. What sold me was the options to be able to customize my sign to my liking. Very happy with this purchase. Only reason I put 4 out of 5 stars was because I had shipping issues. Not a 100% sure it was the sellers fault. I would definitely recommend this product.

I bought this sign for my business with custom wording. It is exactly what I was hoping. Good quality. They did send me a proof upon request. It also came on time.

I had some confusion in ordering the correct sign, so it ended up being smaller than I thought it would be. I was ok to use it anyways, but they insisted upon my satisfaction and sent a whole new sign at no cost. The sign(s) are both really nice. I'm an electrician, so I see a lot of different quality levels in lighting products. These are top notch. Also they arrived very quickly. I highly recommend if you're on the fence.
