True to its name, it indeed brings you the heritage of India wrt to cooking range. I had loved this when I had seen this coffee table book in a doctor's clinic. After buying one for myself, I realised that it has so much information than what I imagined while ordering the book. The book is organised very well with some explanation in the beginning of each section. The pictures are a treat to your eyes. The author's passion in the subject is contagious :)I was fortunate to have seen many of the utensils and equipment show cases in this book. So, for me, it was like refreshing the old days of my village house and grand parent's house. My son was mesmerised by some of the stuff he saw in the book. So, definitely a great source of information for the next generation who otherwise wouldn't know our Heritage when it comes to cooking range.

Quality of print and pictures are very nice. I wish the book had more interesting i fo and facts on heritage utensils. Overall is good.

Beautiful and unique book. A big thank you to writer, photographers and the whole team for giving us a slice of nostalgia. I am sharing a picture of 150 year old coffee filter from chikmaglur which is not in this book but from a newspaper article. Second picture shows kitchen of a Spanish palace from Tribune.

No names of vessels, no place of origins. Just some vessels clubbed together and photographedThe students and faculty should have bent their backs more to research better rather than treat like an academic 20 Mark project. The topic deserves much more than what is made available in the book
