Battery is great, install is easy. Battery life shameful for a $400 vacuum.

Did not hold charge - Do not buy
I charged the battery, and it lasted 2 minutes then gave out. Poor quality. It had good suctions, easy to install, but did not hold charge. Do not buy this. The port for the charger to plug in is also smaller and is very tight.My old battery which was unable to hold a charge as it should holds a longer charge than this. This is a junk cheap product.

Battery doesn't
The battery doesn't last long at all compared to authentic Dyson

Almost perfect
Easy replacement but when parking in charging cradle, the charging plug does not engage properly in the battery charging port. Have to carefully align/wiggle to get plug to insert properly in port. Was not charging when problem was noted. The charging orifice is smaller than that of original battery...too exact. May ask for a different model/brand if available or, if none, may need to enlarge hole for better fit, but that may void any warranty.

Do not waste your money from this vendor
It gave out without holding a charge in less than 4 months. What a waste with not enough ratings to warn the unsuspecting buyer. Never again!!!
