The quality of these inserts is really pretty stunning. They are sturdy and well made and as a bonus, I didn't have to trim them at all! They fit perfectly as is in my 990v5's. They offer a level of comfort and support I haven't experienced in other inserts. These are perfect for the active consumer.

Product is great quality, as expected. I should have asked for it to ship in an Amazon container. It came in the actual product box, which obviously got a little roughed up during shipping. Otherwise the inserts are great, and the cost was the same as I would have paid at a New Balance store.

These really have done a great job supporting my feet better than the insoles that came with the shoe, but they do not last long at all. I'm on my third set of insoles for one set of shoes. For the price, I think they should last longer.

Not very durable, I have already gotten a big whole in my right one. Funny/Sad how the White painted on NB lettering is still visible and outlasted the padding...

These inserts are amazing on the feet. But, warning, they fit only New Balance brand shoes not other brands!

Put these in an older pair of New Balance 990's - 10D and the Superfeet New Balance Sport Active Cushion Shoe Inserts Cushioning Orthotic Inserts with Arch Support, Unisex - 9.5-11 Men / 10.5-12 Women fit just right and made the 990's a new pair of shoes. Thinking of replacing a newer pair that have not had much wear.
