Long lasting heat, perfect for cramps or sore back

These are a lifesaver, but you have to careful with how often you use them. I’ve found if I use them 2/3 times in a row my skin gets a bit sore and red, so I mostly keep it for when the cramps are the worst and I can’t spend the day resting in bed. They’re also great for back pain too. Sometimes they last up to 24 hours too. In comparison to other period heat pads, these have been the best simply from how long the heat lasts and they stay sticky for long too. Only sometimes the powder inside can migrate to one side, but this usually only happens when I’ve kept it on for ages.

These are fab for period cramps ! They last ages compared to other brands I have used ! Cute packaging too and colourful patch to add a bit of fun , stayed warm all day and really helped with painsWill be buying again

Well worth purchase for teenagers with period pains

These don’t actually get very warm however are quite long lasting heat wise. So not great for pain at its worst but do provide some relief for ongoing aches!
