Turkish Snack Mix Package by WorldWideTreats

This was a great little box that had mostly sweets, but also some interesting savory snacks as well. Originally bought this for my brother who was stationed in turkey some years back. The only thing I didn't like about it was that nowhere on the packaging or paper did it say the location it was from. If I wasn't there with my bro when he opened it to tell him it was treats from turkey he wouldn't know until he closely examined the individual food packages. Presentation is very plain, in an all white box. I was expecting to open the box and there be some kind of bag or something in it, but it was just all the snacks loose in there. Well, I say loose, but it is well filled. Nothing was crushed but it was full enough to be snug in there. No things shaking around getting damaged in route. Overall though, everything was delicious and unique to the region and we both absolutely loved it! will be purchasing more from other nations as well.

My particular combination wa heavily on the sweet side - which I appreciated :-) I have no explanation why these snack seem to have so much more and better flavors than American snacks, but this really brought me back to Turkey emotionally with the excellent tastes. Expect the dolma, which I did not enjoy as a child, and I don't enjoy as an adult. But I realize that's just me - it's very popular.I got this as a treat for my family, but if you know someone Turkish, please please just get this for them. Each item was fun to taste and experience, and the selections and presentation was great. Nicely done, WorldWideTreats!!

What was included was really good however, they definitely skimp out on the amount of snacks versus the high price point. I bought this for my boyfriend who's from Turkey to give him a taste of his childhood. He enjoyed it but said everything combined was maybe worth $10 if that and I agree. It wasn't an overflowing box as advertised so, was pretty disappointing and I won't be repurchasing. They either need to lower the price or increase the amount of items by at least double. Would have been nice if a drink was included but, nope. Just some cheap candy for thirty bucks. Very let down.

Sure, it might not be the same as traveling to Turkey and buying treats fresh direct from the bakery. But if you have never visited turkey in your life, looking for some sweet munchies look no further! These are legit full-size snacks from Turkey, my wife and I are thrilled.I appreciate the personalized note from the business owner thanking me for my purchase and the size/selection in the box. Overall of the three different snack-boxes I've purchased so far, this is is my favorite. I will certainly buy from WorldWideTreats brand again - they do a great job. I hope they keep up the good work

Great variety of items. We received 11 larger items, and a 6 small, hard candies. Great way to try some ethnic candies that otherwise would be hard to come by. Yep, a little expensive for what you get, but how else would you get such a variety.

This box made me so angry I didn't get any Savory snacks and it says you get Savory and sweet and absolutely every single thing in our box was cookies and chocolate hazelnut flavor I was so mad about this box everybody has pictures of this great-looking box and I was expecting this Savory snacks and some salty snacks but I got nothing I didn't even get snacks that we're different flavors in for $40 it's so not worth it I was very very bummed about this

Great gift

The good:nothing is out of date.The bad: Got the box and every large item has either chocolate or hazelnut but 2 and 3 tiny pieces of candy. With that being said 1 of the savory items, as pictured, had a hole in it when we opened the package. The juices leaked out of it so we can’t even eat it. It’s 1 of the 2 savory items in the whole box. The shipping box was fine but the item itself was damaged. Pic says it’s not what is in it but gave the impression of a mix between the 2 and not al sweet. Would have enjoyed more of a mix between savory and sweet. Not impressed.

What a perfect mix of sweet and savory. It was so much fun going through these snacks and trying them all. Some we're delicious and some not so much but I didn't expect to like everything. Is it way overprice? Heck yeah, but who cares it was fun to try something that I would never be able to find around where we live. I will definitely be scouring Amazon for boxes like this from other countries to try. I absolutely recommend trying this and having fun with it. Delivered in perfect condition.

Variety is nice, but a gamble. The main issue is the small size of the packaging. You don't get much for your money. What you do get is nice quality, but I was disappointed that I didn't receive any gummies or caramels, as Turkish snacks are known for the quality of those. My entire box was pretzels, cookies, and chocolate bars.Edit: package weight and dimensions were both significantly lower than the listing stated. About half the size as advertised.

It’s good but the amount compared to the price is expensive

No big surprise! The cola lollipop was delicious! One of the wafers tasted one of the restaurant's gargantuan chocolate cake! WOW! We enjoyed it very much and would love to have boxes from other countries!

False Advertised, do not buy! The box is tiny and maybe has 15$ worth of snacks and none of them are as advertised
