To take them out you push them from the outside in and to put them in you push from the inside out

Q: Do the dots on the case do anything for heat dissipation?

I wouldn’t think so. The case has a good seal around the phone. The dots are more for grip.

Q: Does this case also fit the iPhone 11 Pro Max ?

I have no idea as I have never owned an iPhone 11 PROmAX went from 6s to 12 pro max
