Took a lot of pain off my knees and provided a lot of comfortn However, I just wish it was thicker. That would make it just right.

Wasn't sure if a "knee pillow" was for me, but glad I tried it. It protects my injured knee so I can sleep. It's not pretty, and the edges have become a little frayed with wear, but it's small enough not to be too clumsy and unweildy.

Good product but very small for the average body/legs

I've tried a couple of others, but this one easily has the best shape and comfort for separating one's knees. I need it to be able to sleep on my side comfortably. Combined with Amazon B0BQT6XL3X for my ankles/feet, it works great. You can experiment with the best way to place it. I put the thinnest part on my thighs, the thicker end of the channel on my knees. This may be counter-intuitive, but it is most comfortable for my knees.

I've been using this for a few weeks now. I expected it to stay compressed because it was so "affordable", but to my surprise it's back to the original shape every night. It retains heat somewhat but otherwise great purchase.

I am 5'2", about 150 lbs. and found this too small for a knee pillow. I had previously been using just a standard pillow and thought this knee pillow might offer some advantage with the memory foam. I found that it was too small to comfort all the pressure points. If positioned well for the knees, it left my ankles in an uncomfortable position. I went back to the standard pillow for my knees. As an alternate use for this knee pillow, I use it as an arm rest at the computer. If you work on a computer long term (that's decades for me), you will develop chronic pain in your entire arm, especially the elbow. My problem is only on my right arm, used for the mouse and was exacerbated by an injury. I position the pillow on the arm of my desk chair and find that it provides excellent support. Also, the groove helps it stay in place, though I do have it loosely tied to the arm of the chair just to keep it from falling off. It would also work great in a vehicle. Being 5'2", my arms can never reach the center console or window arm rest, so this pillow would provide great arm support on long car trips. For these purposes, it is great! As a knee pillow, I give it a no.

This knee pillow is just a bit too soft. Not enough support (I am 200 lbs.). I purchased a different knee pillow years ago and still use it. I was hoping this one would be even firmer but it was the opposite and softer.
