Final Review:The battery life of these units is enough reason to avoid them. The two newest ones we bought under our household account worked well for almost a month and are now dead. Both were placed where they had lots of direct sun. One was in a very low 1raffic area, the other in a no- traffic traffic area and hadn't done anything other than charge in the sun. Both died around the same time. We have three that still work well, the rest are dead or dying. Maybe its a quality control issue, or bad batteries. Because they have a plug for the solar panel it's probably possible to buy an ac adapter to power them, but that defeats their purpose and possible uses.2 MONTH REVIEW UPDATE::We have bought FOUR sets of these lights now for a total of eight individual light units. They are really bright when received, but start to become less and less bright.Two of the 8 total lights we purchased no longer show a difference in brightness control settings and have become to dim to be useful.. One of the newest ones purchased went bad in three weeks.When they work well, they are really good. But the quality control overall is hit and miss, and that is bad considering they are led lights. Difficult to know if the batteries are failing or the control units are bad.Will try a different brand as replacements since we lost money buying these.ORIGINAL FIRST IMPRESSION REVIRW:Purchased A 2-pack, both came working, installed the same day they arrived and the amount of light output is impressive, more than I expected. They seem to be well made, functioning as expected. One benefit of buying the 2-pack is each comes with a remote control which can work on either of them.The cord length to mount the solar panel away from the lights is 10 feet long, which is great considering I mounted them under the eve's of the building for weather protection and due to location of the area being illuminated.The range of adjustability for the side lights is decent, the center light is more limited due to it having the mount attachment.The included booklet stated the range of detection as 9 feet to 16 feet. I mounted them at around 15 to 16 feet and they easily detected motion in the desired areaI removed 1 Star from "Easy to Install" because while the enclosed screws are fine if you are using the included drywall mounts, or if you are drilling into thick wood that can hold the plastic screw mounts, they are not very good for screwing directly into drilled wood were the plastic screw mounts will not function well. Four screw heads stripped while installing the solar panels in harder wood. So my only recommendation is, if you intend to screw them directly into harder drill holed wood without using the plastic screw mounts, then you should probably buy some stronger screws.Update 1: One recommendation is if you intend to mount the solar panel separate from the lighting unit, then find a way to attach the cord securely to the wall. I left the cord somewhat loose running to the roof above, and a light breeze moving the wire will trigger the light. I also recommend not placing them close to trees where the leaves or branches might move and trigger the light.1 Month Update: One of the units isn't as bright as it was a month earlier, or as the one 15 feet away from it. Not sure why. In its brightest setting it looks like the mid-bright setting, might need to re-adjust the solar panel since there has been a bit of wind for a few weeks. Even still, were ordering two more sets for other areas.

These started off nice and bright for several hours each night. Now less than 2 months later, after full sun all day, they aren't as bright as a single LED flashlight when they first come on. After one hour I can see they are "on" but they throw no light more than 2 feet. I am not using the motion detection.EDIT:Raising to 4 stars because the seller reached out and gave a full refund after the warranty period.

I got the item a month ago. All instruction are easy to follow. Installation is very easy. Just need to know where to place it. Make sure it is where the sun shines the panel. The sensor is very sensitive that made my backyard lights on and off several time in an hour. The remote control made it easier to turn off if needed. Other than that the product has serve its purpose.

Awesome light at a great price❕❕❕ We live off grid in Maine so solar lights are a huge help Anyways they are all plastic just fit a heads up but man do these things light up an area The sensor could be a little better but there not bad for the distance it can pick you up at I love how the remotes are all the same for all 6 of my lights UPDATE 2 of the 6 lights I bought are very dim now and seem to have started rusting a little bit inside. I’m very sad about this because these lights are so cool I’ve tried contacting to seller but no response If something changes I will update again the pics above the one on the rights a good one the other shows how dim they are now UPDATE The seller was out of town that’s why they weren’t responding I told them the issue and a pic and the order number and they addressed the issue right away. The Solar Lights Outdoor WICOLO Motion Sensor were easy to install. Also, the bright light from the detection alerts us when people & pets are near the driveway or door entrance. Finally, the remote control is definitely a plus to adjust mode of the lights/sensor when needed.

I already bought 2 of these lights. Since the 1st set is effective for our use, we bought another set and put it on a different part of the house. The light is really effective to light the path when going to the door. The remote is very useful since we have placed the lights on a higher place so it is easier to operate. We hope that these lights would last long.

Innovative design. The solar panel can be mounted in a different spot than the light (which gives added installation flexibility). Detects motion well. It has different modes. Brightness is good.However, after 4 days of use, 1 of the lights is not working right. It does not brighten all the way after getting full sun. I checked it with the volt meter and although the solar panel is producing power, it's not charging the battery all the way. As a result, the light does not come up to full brightness and is dim. There's definitely something wrong with it internally. I'm returning it since Amazon can't replace just 1 light.Update 4/9/22: The company has reached out to me and is trying to make things right. I am very pleased with their level of customer service. Although it's never ideal to have a problem, receiving a defective item does happen even with well-known brands. This company's communication and customer service is definitely remarkable.

Full brightness is plenty bright. 50% is ok and the only mode that stays on. Unless you are facing the light, the remote is worthless. I wish there was a way to turn on light at 100% and have it stay on. The light only stays on for about 20 seconds when motion activated.. but you can't argue with the price.
