Got these for my 8 year old, her hair seems to grow slower in the front and sides of her head and her hair has been thin and frizzy no matter what hair routine we have tried. Within a couple of weeks taking these once a day her hair has gotten more full and volume to it with reduced frizz! I didnt expect it do much for the frizz but that was a bonus!Her nails have gotten stronger as well and aren’t breaking as easily and they look healthy.They taste very sweet for having only 3gms of sugar in them which makes it easy for my daughter to take she even asks for more like it’s candy 🤣I definitely was sold when there wasn’t any artificial dyes in it which can sometimes be quite hard to find kids gummies without that.Don’t expect immediate results it takes time but it is worth every day and especially every penny!

My daughter takes these with no problem so they must taste fine. Reasonable price for the quantity. From my research, Biotin only helps hair growth if you actually have a biotin deficiency so a vast majority of people this may be never needed or helpful.
