Despite being advertised as 'unprocessed' they admit on their website that their honey has in fact been heated to between 30-35 degrees celsius - a form of processing besides the obvious filtering out of debris. Therefore it is false advertising in my opinion for only unheated honey should be labelled as 'unprocessed' and or 'raw.' The problem with heating the honey, even to beehive temperate, is that the means by which the honey is heated can often be inaccurate in reporting the temperature to which the honey is being heated and in my experience of having worked on apiaries and measuring the temperature myself independently I have found that honey heated to 30-35 degrees celsius and labelled 'raw' is often "mistakenly" heated to temperatures over beehive temperature - rendering the honey no longer "raw" by my standards. It is a risk when buying so called "raw" honey from any outlet that heats their honey is that they've perhaps accidentally heated beyond beehive temperature. Besides the issue about the advertising of this honey it is still a very nice tasting honey. I will however no longer be buying it as I cannot verify that what I have described here previously has not happened.

I bought honey from other sellers but it does not compare to the purity of this one. I am now a regular buyer.The entire family loves it - we tried wildflowers and forest both set and runny - and can't wait for our new order that includes acacia and linden. When I say "tried", I actually mean bought by the bucket, that's how good it is!Also, we had a problem with our delivery it was solved swiftly 7-stars service *******
