Great Publisher/Maufacturer!
These booklets are great for an EMT. They fit in my pocket, give me enough space to write while I’m bouncing around in the ambulance & working on my patient. I ordered the 3-pack of this booklet. One of the booklets had the pages accidentally inserted backwards. I didn’t want to return all 3 since I needed to use them. So I called the manufacturer to see if they could send me just a replacement booklet. They said no problem at all & actually sent me 3 booklets. With support like this I highly recommend this product to other EMTs.

Detailed Books
Nice small books fit easily into cargo pants. Has multiple details of health assessments to complete saving time. Good for PcRs.

Great
Got these for EMS school clinicals. Handed them out to all my classmates (14 in all) and they raved about them. It is very helpful to remind you, as a student, if you're missing anything on the information gathering phase. Lots of room on the back for med history etc. I even found these useful in class for scenarios. Overall highly recommend for EMS students.

Where is the SPO2?
This is the best EMS note pad out there but there are a few weird things that make me feel like the person who made it was never a Paramedic or EMT-B. There is no spot for SPO2, the lung sounds has a huge section and the EKG only has a small section available. You could reorganize the vitals section to be much user friendly but I have been using them for a year now and I am use to the design. Overall it was really helpful in paramedic school and I still use them now. It is much easier to write information quickly than using our computer while on scene. I just wish there was a spot of SPO2 and I had more room to write the heart rhythm.

Love it
There’s a larger version of the same product but I wanted something smaller. This fits perfectly into my EMS side pocket. Good quality and lots of room to write. Will definitely buy again!

Great for patient history/vitals
This is probably the 5th time I've purchased these; I continue to hand them out to new EMT students, so they can improve on their documentation of patient care.

in theory it’s great but for practical use not so much
It’s nice, but I’m not sure that this would be able to be used in your actual job as an EMT strictly because there is not a lot of space for you to actually write stuff down. And that’s a shame because this is what this product is marketed for.. Of course you have your core basic area of vitals and chief complaint, but they have very small areas for you to write other information which would probably be about one. Paragraph. Total and with that you’re writing would have to be really small. They have a lot of unnecessary fonts and headings on the back page. If they would have left the back page blank or made the back page where you could write all of your other notes then this would be usable even if they separated the entire back page into two sections. It would be better than its current form. It’s nice but I would say save your money probably for all of these little EMT packets. Sure, it looks nice and the idea is great, but if you have to put down quite a bit of information, you’re either going to have to write really small and it be really crammed or you’re not gonna get it all on this… in theory, this is great, but the functionality and actual practical use of this it’s not there. There’s just not enough space
