First trial went well, went through the 700sqf apartment and hit abiut 95% of the floor. Had to manually move it three times, two can be avoided in the future and the third is a design issue with the kitchen. Unit is much quieter than my vacuum, also vacuumed yesterday and the robot dirt catcher bin was completely full today wuth cat hair(i have three). The app is hit or miss, needs lots of adjustment. I have an older floor rug and the unit was getting stuck on it consistently. Unit returned to charger on its own as well. Ill give another update on the scheduling later. Over all a good unit for the price.*Update* The scheduling feature didn't work on the app or the manual setting in the unit its self. I had to reconnect the unit thru the app a second time and give it a name. Scheduling works just fine now. Still 4 stars.*Update* Did the first unsupervised scheduled run, came home two hours after it was activated to find the unit stopped away from the charging station with "ERR 42" on the screen. App says there is a issue with one of the wheels, upon inspection the right wheel is completely locked up and wont budge, nothing on the out side caused this, it is an internal issue.....not pleased at all at this point but im will to see how customer service handles this issue.*Update* I've been in contact with proscenic customer service, they said they'd send me a new wheel free of charge but that was about a week ago and I haven't been given a tracking number or confirmation that it has been sent. Ill be contacting them again later today, if I cant get a confirmation on the parts shipment ill be returning this product to amazon.*Final Update* company never send me the new wheel and never gave me a tracking number for the package that they said multiple times. My 30 days us almost up and this priduct is being returned. Priduct worked but cimpany follow up on parts failed horriblely.

Pretty good overallIts style of cleaning is just like a human. It doesn't bump all over the place like a Roomba but it vacuums in an orderly fashion. Cant pick up everything but great for day to day cleaning. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU read and understand the instructions for the app and the robot or you will hate the app and the dustbin will be hard to clean. It will save you a lot of time. Great robot but its older brother proscenic 790t robot vac has more features and youtube reviews. Might get an upgrade. I'll leave a link to some competitors maybe worth looking at. It keeps getting STUCK I spend more time getting it move again. It's was a waste of my Good money.They sent a replacement that turns out to be worse then the 1st one!! The part that collects all the dire dust ect. is locked in and you can't remove it to clean i. I want our money back this has caused more problems then it's worth !!!!!!!Hank Goldin904-826-6788

I got this as an alternative to getting the more expensive Roomba equivalent. Worked for about 20 minutes on our upstairs carpet but then stopped with E 41 "drive wheel overload," whatever that means. The manual provides no troubleshooting steps for this and the app says to "clean the wheel." I've checked both wheels and there's nothing to clean, emptied the bin and cleaned the main roller brush. I even tried it on more solid surfaces like the bathroom tile just to see if it was having trouble handling the carpet. No luck. Oh well, experiment failed. I suppose I will have to just get a Roomba instead.

Sorry for my English speaking.I've buy one in july and really like it,So why 2 stars.In november i've buy a second one for the good price.In January the first one stop working but cannot return because the robot is scratched everywhere because he doesn't see dark object and the second one stop working today.Same thing scratched everywhere so cannot return.Two robots(600$) in 7 months.The robots work well for 3 months and after that the robot behavior change.Start to bump on some place where he doesn't before and harder on dark surface and ran on his base station.Never buy from proscenic again customer service is s***

Couple things. It's a good vacuum cleaner. Cleans great. The dust pan does not hold dog hair very well. The hair wont compress in the pan but it sucks really good.It's a little loud but that's because of the vaccum.Wifi requires a password and it isnt my internet password. That password is not in the manualBesides those few problems I dont have a problem with it

We bought a Proscenic Suzuka Robotic Vacuum Cleaner and we very satisfied with the way in sweep our ceramic tile and hardwood floors. Unfortunately, after less than a year one of the drive wheels malfunctioned and gave an error code. But the follow-up with Proscenic has been very positive and they replaced the wheel free of charge.

Does any one had the problem with recharging it it keep giving the error 2 put power on I do but it does nothing I see I have a warranty of 12 month how do I contact the seller and how do I return my robot Proscenic Vacuum

Amazing little device. It doesn't replace my full size vacuum cleaner, but it is nice to run every day or two for a quick cleaning.
