Suspect it was a return. Package was damaged.
This product had previously been opened and the packaging showed signs of wear and the plastic was soiled. On opening up the mascara wands both seemed as if they had been previously used and the mascara wasn’t fresh and moist. There was no orange color visible on the brushes on opening which you would usually expect on new products.
